I'm grateful Paul responded to my email, I have flexibility at work and Eli wants to be with me.

Today is the day I changed the course of me, my career. Today is the day I pulled the trigger. I'm grateful for this day. 

I'm grateful I got through Monday. 
I'm grateful for my work.
I'm grateful I had the opportunity to send the email. I can change the world and stay true to my gut feeling and values.

One good thing I'm grateful for -5

1. I'm grateful I woke up feeling well enough to  drive around 
2. I'm grateful I went through my finances and have the foundation for a savings plan
3. I'm grateful I figured out my Roger's internet bill situation
4  I'm grateful Reid was so eager to hang out with me.
5. I'm grateful for the first time 3 of us went grocery shopping. 
6. I'm grateful I drove home and to the airport safe through the snow blizzard. Definitely engaged ABS a couple of times.
7. I'm grateful Shanaya loves and is enjoying the fun fact book I got the kids  when I saw them in Rome. 
8. I'm grateful my mum enjoyed her first Happiness Program class 
So grateful for my space, company and mind frame today.

One good thing I'm grateful for - 3

1. I stayed in bed all day today (Saturday) still have the flu. I rented a car for the weekend to run errands. I'm grateful I didn't give in to my tendencies to beat myself up for not maximizing my rental and for my soft sheets. Also that I'm able to take such time outs.  
2. At Karahi Point now, ordered so much food the girl's eyes popped out of her head.  Definitely made an impression haha! Grateful I can come here, sit by myself and order this food. 
3. Grateful I got here in the book. My lucky number,  mention of family, and mention of BIG change

One good thing I'm grateful for - 2

1.Frrrriiiiday. The best day of the week. 
2..I woke up comfortably to attend my first yoga class at 7.30 AM downtown. The view outside at 6.30 walking to the subway. Yeaaahhh I made it!!!

3. "Self examination in the pursuit of excellence, and a willingness not to embrace the status quo. This is a cornerstone of my leadership philosophy" - Howard Schulz in Onward . This is my friggin life. Love is as important as constructive feedback.

One good thing I'm grateful for - 1

One good thing I'm grateful for....
Quite a few today
1. Felt productive and invigorated at the and of my work day. It's been a while. I'm excited about the prospect of being creative and taking a bold step.
2. Ate one of my favorite meals and was number 185. My favorite number matching my year (85) and my fav type of juice (guava) . What a treat!

4. Excited to start reading this book which is going to change my life

Moving on...and what it takes ..the beginning

It's been a while since I have written anything.
From what I remember writing can be therapeutic.  So can reading.
I ended a relationship on Friday. I ended a friendship. I try not to linger in the past but I am looking for conversation history between me and him that I can read, read to comfort myself, read to feel like he is talking to me.
So is reading therapeutic? or is it like comfort food...it makes you feel like you are being hugged at the time but then you feel like shift after? Is it like feeding a craving, a vice?
