This is how I feel today. The day I re-entered the city of Toronto for all its worth, and the day I was reborn.
Spending 12 days in quarantine can be tough! Ok, it wasn't total quarantine but I was locked in a hotel room. Temporary guests and a total of 2 outings. I had a lot of time to think, but honestly I didn't think. I just was. I managed to insert a little vapor therapy which just made me feel positive and great about things.
I hung out and thought about all the positive things happening to me. I found it gave me a power. A power to do.
I feel this new person inside, a baby... a slight glimpse to being yet to be nurtured and strengthened to its full potential
