Moving on...and what it takes ..the beginning

It's been a while since I have written anything.
From what I remember writing can be therapeutic.  So can reading.
I ended a relationship on Friday. I ended a friendship. I try not to linger in the past but I am looking for conversation history between me and him that I can read, read to comfort myself, read to feel like he is talking to me.
So is reading therapeutic? or is it like comfort food...it makes you feel like you are being hugged at the time but then you feel like shift after? Is it like feeding a craving, a vice?
