I'm grateful my mum is on the road to recovery and my dad is with her. I'm nervous they are both exposed to the public, but I'm hopeful a hospital is the safest place for them to be.
I'm grateful for my circle of friends and im grateful for my place in it.
I'm grateful I was able to overcome my anxiety today
