I'm grateful that I was offered to work on organizing the Halifax opportunity

I'm grateful I'm feeling better than Saturday. 

I had a rough Saturday when I felt like I had failed, fucked up and couldn't salvage myself. I hit my self repeatedly many times. I hated myself. 

God gave me strength. Eli gave me comfort. 

I'm grateful I got through this weekend without any more anxiety. I'm grateful for my friends and family that checked in on  me even though I wasn't able to chat. 

I'm grateful I'm lying in bed with this day coming to an end.
